Pay your deposit to reserve your date (non-refundable)

Complete full payment 48 hours prior to the event

Accept responsibility for space access, safety, and guest behavior

Ensure the LUX Cover Box™ unit remains undamaged during the event

Coordinate timely arrival and venue access for setup/breakdown

LUX Cover Box™ is not liable for:

Delays or cancellations due to venue access, extreme weather, or third-party interference

Any injuries or issues resulting from guest misuse or unsanctioned modifications to the box or its lighting
